CSCI Guest Speaker: Music video editor Simon Bryant

Simon Bryant is an editor who works internationally across music, documentary, and commercial films. For the last ten years he has specialized in live music films, crafting films for artists that include The Rolling Stones, Coldplay, Adele, Taylor Swift, Bruno Mars, Dua Lipa, Sam Smith and Mumford and Sons to name a few. His most recent work includes two concert films for Adele, a documentary with Post Malone and the opening sequence for the Return to Hogwarts Harry Potter Documentary.

The talk will discuss Simon's background, how he came to work in the industry and the clients he has worked with.  He will also discuss his approach to editing music and image and there will be time for questions from students and staff.
