CIMTR Public Research Lecture: The Impact of Dramatherapy
Events — Talk Online8 February 2021, 17:30
For this webinar event we welcome Louise Combes, dramatherapist and researcher, discussing the role of early intervention in psychosis services. Combes introduces her research as follows: Abstract – Understanding our impact This year my research has been about qualitative information. I have been collecting the same pre and post data for 9 years which includes a satisfaction and change interview conducted individually with clients by an independent member of staff when therapy has ended. The Psychology team are now working on a thematic analysis of the results. For this lecture I will bring the findings from these post therapy interviews and discuss what we have learnt about the impact of dramatherapy when working in early intervention in psychosis services.
