Hello! I’m Abi Moores, an Illustrator from Hampshire with a passion for wildlife. I enjoy working with limited colour palettes and finding a series of colours that can be used across within a project.

I often work in Gouache and coloured pencils, layering colours and textures to build detail also incorporating pattern to create interest.

I gather my inspiration from the wildlife on my doorstep and nature stories.

My final year project was centred around the theme of nature with the aim of deepening my understanding of my visual language. I focussed on showcasing a range of illustrative outcomes and finding a colour palette that could run throughout.
