‘Stories of the Streets’ (2026) explores the reality of being homeless and the effects of hostile architecture. The four components of this piece are the sculpture of a homeless person, the hostile architecture bench, the newspaper and the mp3 player. The sculpture is a mix of Mediums to represent the fragile mentality and physical vulnerability of the homeless. The newspaper contains interviews with people living on the streets, which I had conducted to gain am insight to combat negative stereotypes and to bring awareness of the struggle they all face. The newspaper is also in audio form on the mp3 player to make it more immersive experience.
