I am a scriptwriter who focuses on character-driven stories with complex relationships and themes of betrayal, obsession, and resentment. I am passionate about the importance characters bring to a narrative, and how much more engaging a story is when the audience can connect with the characters and see the world through their eyes.

Scratched is an animated TV show following the Alton family, trying to survive a world ravaged by duplicating zombies. For my dissertation, I wrote a script for the first episode of the show, exploring the first day of the outbreak. Eventually, the Altons will be joined by Darren and Amanda, and together, they navigate this new world, trying to reunite with lost family members, and find out how they can defeat the zombies for good.

Ursula: The Musical is based on the true tale of Ursula Kemp. She is a folk doctor from St Osyth who offers remedies for illnesses. After falling out with her friend and client, Grace Thurlow, she is accused of cursing her children and killing her daughter. Ursula is tried for witchcraft and is sentenced to death by hanging. Whilst exploring dark topics, Ursula: The Musical is a fun and humorous musical exploring how we saw witches in the past and how we see them today, and the role that misogyny played in this hysteria.
