Business card designed as part of a conceptual branding series for my own cocktail bar.

I am a graphic designer with a passion for digital illustration, brand design and advertising. I use bold, geometric shapes combined with strong use of vibrant colours and type in my work.

I love bringing my own interests into my designs such as music, animals and nature, celestial imagery and art deco. I use my strong graphic skills to make my client’s products look refined, professional and eye-catching.

The aim for my project was to design the branding foundations for a cocktail bar aimed at students/young adults in hopes of creating a comfortable space to socialise in a new and unfamiliar setting.

I was inspired by the aesthetic of a speakeasy, so I chose a colour palette to fit the atmosphere, as well as keeping a consistent and recognisable branding style (typeface, animals etc...), which I feel has helped to form a real identity for the bar.

Throughout this project, I combined the elements of design that I feel truly passionate about to create a series of friendly and approachable graphics that I hoped would really bring my ideas to life.
