I am an animator and comic artist who primarily works using traditional pencil and pen-and-ink illustration methods. Initially inspired by Western serialized comics, I became more interested in the Japanese comic tradition after I studied at a manga academy in Tokyo.

My graphic novel ‘Moonlight Mile’ is the first issue of a comic that follows an intergalactic officer trying to find a shapeshifting killer among a group of strangers aboard a commuter spacecraft. I was inspired by old pulp sci-fi and classic mystery novels.
