"Why we’re Polarized" Structure. Inspired by Erza Klein’s book ‘Why We’re Polarized’ I created a series of four colour A3 linoprints to explore America’s political system to reflect on the foundations of polarization, physiological and ideological extremes of America.

I am an illustrator who tackles complicated subjects which require sensitivity and understanding. Through making visuals I create creative solutions to spread awareness and insight into real world matters. Before taking on a project I heavily investigate the subjects I will be exploring to make sure I can illustrate to the best of my abilities. My work is produced by creating lino prints or collaging and painting. The projects I undergo are fairly fast paced and I love the opportunity to illustrate subjects that cannot be depicted literally.

For my final self-directed project, I wanted to display my understanding for real world matters and show that I can handle a variety of subjects. Additionally I want to present my skills as a lino-printer and ability to create editorial illustrations.

The final self-directed project, gave me the opportunity to explore subjects that I feel a lot of passion for. Some of these passions include the American Nightmare, NHS crisis and financial uncertainty. I found it incredibly empowering to be able to use my illustration as a platform and this something I want to continue to do so with my professional career.

I hope to continue challenging ideas and pushing my abilities.

Bad Bunny Super Bowl Performance 2026. Inspired by Bad Bunny’s performance, I created an illustration to celebrate all of the underrepresented parts of America. To honour Americans from all walks of life and spread unity, love and hope. The Collected Schizophrenias. Based on Esmé Weijun Wangs’ book ‘The Collected Schizophrenias’ which explores the authors personal experience with schizophrenia and mental disorders through a critical and reflective lens. This is a three colour A4 linoprint.Donald Trump Tariff policy In this illustration, I dissect into Donald Trump’s tariff policies and how they are driving the American economy into a path of ruin and disaster. The Collected Schizophrenias Family. Whilst reflecting on ‘The Collected Schizophrenias’ book by Esmé Weijun Wang a topic that occurred a lot is the impact on the family and this is something I wanted to touch upon."Why We’re Polarized" Identity. For one of my illustrations for ‘Why We’re Polarized’ I look into the concept of identity politics and how the American system wants us divided and categorized.
