Hello, I’m William Chao and I go by Rui as my artist's name. I’m an illustrator and an animator, my work centres around character design and illustration, as well as character animation.

My film is about a character’s journey to overcome grief and loss. His world is a frozen wasteland with nothing but himself, as he journeys across the lands, he becomes accepting of the past and finds comfort at the end of his story.
